Jeff Fifield serves as the Curriculum Facilitator for Colegio Maya (American International School of Guatemala) with a special interest in experiential education. Jeff is currently enrolled in the Taos Institute-Tilburg University PhD program where he is examining strengths-based educational practices with an AI lens.

Michael McGuigan serves as a Middle School Humanities teacher at Colegio Maya in Guatemala City, Guatemala. He earned a Master of Arts in Teaching from Brown University and a Master of Arts in Theology from Andover Newton.
