Megan Tschannen-Moran is an Associate Professor of Educational Leadership at the College of William and Mary. Her recent book Trust Matters: Leadership for Successful Schools (2004, Jossey- Bass) explores the dimensions of trust in school communities. Her research interests include school climate, self-efficacy beliefs, collaboration, and organizational change.
