This article asks how resilient leaders of the future might operate, taking lessons from what has happened in the past: moving away from the ego-system which was prevalent in leadership training previously and moving to prototyping new innovations and co-creating a new, more sustainable leadership eco-system. Sally Paulin is a lecturer in the Sustainable Development Program at Murdoch University, Western Australia. Her research looks at understanding relationships between civil society, government and business. She is developing her consulting and coaching practice using the Theory U process. She is a contributor to the Resilient Leadership Program.
