Leaders Making Choices

Seeing, Rather Than Judging, Reality

Abstract

I often find myself judging people and situations. My judgements do not make me feel better nor do they lead to improvements. Inspired by Appreciative Inquiry I found ways to see and use reality, instead of judging but not changing it. With this in mind, leaders, formal and informal, can make constructive choices. Appreciative Leadership (AL) is about seeing and making the best out of reality, rather than just judging it .
