Lena Holmberg co-founded Apprino (www.apprino.com) in 2005 to use AI to develop individuals, groups, organisations and innovation systems. She has an MA in Computational Linguistics and a PhD in Educational Research. She is a keen blogger.

Jan Reed PhD, BA, RN has been involved in research for many years. She has a nursing qualification, and teaches and supervises healthcare students at the Northumbria University.
