Abstract

Doing irreverence appreciatively is a framework for working as an organizational consultant. Drawing on the concept of irreverence and the movement from ‘being’ to ‘doing’, doing irreverence is developed within a systemic social constructionist frame. Irreverence is linked to the idea of appreciation and doing organizational development in order to open up possibilities and new ways of thinking.
