Anne Radford publishes the quarterly online journal, AI (Appreciative Inquiry) Practitioner. It began as AI Newsletter in May 1998 and has published examples of strength-based change from

around the world. Guest editors and contributors are invited for each issue.

Anne Radford is also a thinking partner with business leaders and consultants on Appreciative Inquiry and strength-based approaches to change. She regularly runs public events to introduce leaders, managers and consultants to this field of positive relational change which she has been working in for over 15 years.
