Lindsey N. Godwin, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Management at Morehead State University and was the Workshop Chair for the 2007 International Appreciative Inquiry Conference. She has worked with iCohere and David Cooperrider, and is a partner in OvationNet's online experiential workshops that focus on teaching the foundations of AI.

Soren Kaplan, Ph.D., is co-founder of iCohere (www.icohere.com), and OvationNet (www.ova- tionnet.com), a collaboration with David Cooperrider providing consulting and online tools for large scale strategic organizational change.
