Marjorie R. Schiller is an international organizational consultant and lecturer in the public and private sectors who specializes in helping make people and organizations more productive. She co-authored Appreciative Leaders: in the Eye of the Beholder, and is founding president of Positive Change Core, which supports strength-focused approaches for schools and youth.

Marcia L. Worthing After spending 27 years at Avon Products, where her last assignment was Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs. In 2007 Marcia obtained a Masters Degree in Social Work from Columbia University. She was executive vice president of MullinAssociates/Lincolnshire International from 1999 to 2007.
